Hello, we are

Scott & Orlena Ballard.

Here's a little bit about us. We've been "dating" since we were 18 years old. Together we've raised 3 wonderful children who are now married so we are blessed with an amazing daughter-in-law and 2 son-in-laws as well and three granddaughters so far. Our family is growing!

Our faith in Jesus Christ has always been essential in our marriage and in raising our kids. We would not be where we are today but for God's grace and mercy. 

One other fun fact about us is we are not only married but business partners too! We have a coaching business called Confidence Coach where we help create insight and breakthroughs for people to take their life and their business to the next level.

We love to travel and meet new people not only for pleasure but to serve others. Since serving on many short term mission trips to Uganda, Haiti, Russia and India and it feels like we have friends all over the world.

Being married over 41 years has given us a heart to see other people's marriages thrive. We've done weddings, premarital counseling and post-marital counseling.  We've been asked repeatedly by married couples how we've been able to stay happily married for so long. The truth is we've learned the secrets of a lifetime marriage through 41 years of commitment, trial and error, living, learning, loving and growing together.

We feel called to teach other couples how to create a series of conversations so they can have a marriage that gets increasingly better over their lifetime.
